How do I register to volunteer? Review ROUNDS 1-7 of the volunteer draft, to the right.
How do I change my password? Once you’re already registered, log in and select “ROUND 2: Profile.” Input your preferred password in the “password” fields, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Update.”
What types of volunteer opportunities are there?
- NFL EXPERIENCE VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers will assist with the management and supervision of interactive football games and displays. Volunteers will communicate NFLX information and greet guests, run the interactive games and assist the NFL with any on-site needs. Volunteers will choose from high- or low-intensity activities, so there is something for everyone.
- AIRPORT GREETERS: Volunteers will provide a sunny welcome and helping hand at DFW International Airport and Love Field during game week. Volunteers will also communicate game, event, transportation and hospitality information to visitors, plus distribute approved Host Committee publications.
- HOTEL WELCOME DESKS: Volunteers will provide a friendly and helping hand at select local hotels during game week. Volunteers will also communicate game, event, transportation and hospitality information to visitors, plus distribute approved Host Committee publications.
- TRANSPORTATION: Volunteers will direct guests to appropriate shuttles and check credentials as NFL guests load into pre- and post-game shuttles.
- OFFICE OPERATIONS: Volunteers will perform general office duties (i.e. answering phones, faxing, copying, data entry, etc.). They will also assist with uniform distribution at Volunteer Headquarters.
Do I have to attend training? All volunteers will be required to attend one training session specific to their volunteer type. Volunteer training sessions will be scheduled on a variety of days and at different times. Training details will be released in the Fall and registered volunteers will be notified via e-mail communication.
What type of training is provided to a volunteer? All volunteers will be required to attend one training session pertaining to their assignment. Training details will be released in the Fall and registered volunteers will be notified via e-mail communication.
Is there an age requirement? All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age by November 2010. A valid drivers license or state identification may be used as proof of age. Volunteers must agree to a background check required by the NFL. Volunteer opportunities will be provided on an equal basis without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age or disability.
How many shifts do I have to work? Volunteers must be available to work a minimum of two 4-hour shifts for the volunteer assignment they choose (NFLX, Airport, Hotels, Transportation, Office Operations). Additional Volunteer Opportunities offered do not count towards the 4-hour requirement. Volunteers are permitted to volunteer for back-to-back shifts.
If I volunteer, is there a chance that I will get Super Bowl tickets? There are NO Super Bowl tickets available to volunteers. Volunteers will also not be given the opportunity to get autographs from or take pictures with NFL players.
Can I volunteer to work inside the stadium during Super Bowl XLV? On game day, the NFL will not place any volunteers inside of Cowboys Stadium.
Can I bring family members or friends with me to my shift? No family members or friends are allowed to accompany volunteers while they are on duty, unless they also scheduled to volunteer at that time.

HOW DO I GET DRAFTED FOR THE
XLV VOLUNTEER PROGRAM?
Review ROUNDS 1-7 of the XLV Volunteer Draft, then select the button below that says
“GET DRAFTED”.
ROUND 1 –
VOLUNTEER TYPE During Round 1, you must select your preferred volunteer type. You only get to choose once, so pick wisely. Choose from: Airport Greeters, Hotel Welcome Desks, NFL Experience, Office Operations, or Transportation.
ROUND 2 –
PROFILE DATA During Round 2, you must fill out all profile data. All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). All volunteers are required to input this data and will undergo a background check.
ROUND 3 –
TERMS & CONDITIONS During Round 3, you should review and initial all terms and conditions outlined in the volunteer waiver.
ROUND 4 –
SHIFT ASSIGNMENTS During Round 4, select your preferred shift assignment. Review the dates, times and locations closely! All volunteers are asked to select at least two (2) shifts. Most shifts are four hours.
ROUND 5 –
ITINERARY During Round 5, review your itinerary. Select “complete registration”.
ROUND 6 – CONFIRMATION During Round 6, your registration will be processed. Confirm the information is correct and select “complete registration” one last time!
ROUND 7 –
FINAL ITINERARY During Round 7, a copy of your Final Itinerary will be emailed directly to your email account.
