XLV CountdownTickets for “XLV Countdown Live From Cowboys Stadium,” presented by Frito-Lay and starring Tim McGraw in concert, are on sale now.

The September 10 extravaganza at Cowboys Stadium includes honoring Dallas Cowboys great Emmitt Smith only days after his Hall of Fame induction; a star-studded tribute to the 50 year anniversary of the Cowboys on the big scoreboards, featuring NFL Films archives and the 90-piece UNT Symphony Orchestra; a rare public performance by pianist Van Cliburn; and, the McGraw concert.

People magazine has just dubbed McGraw “Country’s Hottest Guy” in its just-released People Country Special.

“. . . McGraw is hands down People Country’s hottest guy,” the article reads, “but he jokes, he might not rank in the Top Two as far as his wife, Faith Hill, is concerned.

“‘My wife would pick George Strait,’ he says. ‘She thinks he’s gorgeous! Or Kris Kristofferson. When we’re around him, she can barely speak.’”

McGraw has dropped 37 pounds in recent months and says he feels like a young 43.

“I’m more confident than I’ve ever been about who I am and what I do and I feel like I’ve got a lot more ahead of me than I do behind me,” McGraw says in the article.

Tickets for the finale of the Host Committee’s Kick-Off Concert Series are at an eye-popping low: $65 for seats on the stadium floor; $45 and $35 for the two club levels; and, $25 for all others. The upper tier seats are not in the plans to be sold, which means all seats are high quality.
