
Pam Roach is a PR strategist and counselor and President/CEO of Pam Roach Public Relations. Roach has amassed more than 17 years of experience as a communications professional helping clients and former employers earn stakeholders’ trust, bridge communication gaps, promote responsible business practices, and enhance corporate reputations.
Prior to forming Pam Roach Public Relations, Roach worked exclusively to provide PR and capacity-building services to advance economic and community-development initiatives of public, private and nonprofit sector funders throughout the state of Texas. Today she is actively involved in civic affairs of Arlington and the North Texas region. Appointed by Mayor and City Council, Roach has served in major leadership roles in Arlington, Texas, home of the new $1.2 billion Cowboys Stadium. Most recently, Roach was recognized for her role as chair of the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors where she successfully reset the strategic direction of the organization. At the state level, Roach was appointed by Texas Railroad Commission Chairman, Michael Williams, to serve on the Alternative Fuels Advisory Committee. (2000 – 2002)

Roach is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She is a mom of five and wife to husband Jerry for 18 years.
