Mojy Haddad, is the President and Co-founder of CHS Architects, Inc., an architectural firm that was established in 1984, in Arlington, Texas. He is also the founder and president of Oakhollow Properties, Inc., a development company, which was established in 1986.  Mr. Haddad  provides architectural services for commercial projects at local, state, national and international levels.   His international work includes projects in Japan, Australia, Europe, Mexico and Canada. Mr. Haddad has developed, designed and built several million square foot of retail/office and mixed use developments through the Metroplex and Worldwide.

Mr. Haddad, a registered Architect in Texas and many other states, graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Master in Architecture and Master in City and Regional Planning. Mr. Haddad has lived in Arlington since 1974. He is very active in the community and civic functions.

In addition to his memberships in professional associations such as AIA (American Institute of Architects), Board Certification from National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Mr. Haddad’s partial list of civic, community leadership and awards includes:

  • Distinguished Alumni of the Year – UT Arlington 2006.
  • YMA (Young Men of Arlington) Community Service Award 2006.
  • Chair Elect – Arlington Chamber Foundation
  • Immediate past Chairman, Arlington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
  • President – Arlington Sports Authority - Appointed by the Mayor
  • Past Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission. Arlington, served seven years.  Appointed by the Mayor and the City Council
  • Served on Zoning Board of Adjustments – Arlington
  • Executive Board – Arlington Chamber of Commerce
  • Board of Directors – Founder and Organizer Worthington National Bank
  • Board of Directors. Margarita Society (Children’s Toys, Inc.)
