George Bayoud

Executive Committee

George Bayoud is President of Bayoud & Company, Inc. a private investment company concentrating in real estate and corporate ventures. Bayoud also serves on the Board of Director for Plains Capital Bank, and the Beck Group, a construction and real estate company.

Since 2001, Bayoud has served as Senior Advisor to the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, during which time he assisted in assembling a team of professionals to locate and construct a new stadium for the Club. Bayoud has been involved in various capacities in Texas state government, including as Secretary of State from 1989-91, the first Chairman of the Texas Corporation. He currently serves as a Life Member on the University of Texas at Austin Development Board, and on the Board of Directors of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association.

Bayoud serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the St. Marks School of Texas and as Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the William P. Clements Center for Southwest Studies at Southern Methodist University. Bayoud holds a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
