
Bob Terrell is Area Manager of CH2M HILL's Fort Worth Area Office. He performs business development activities for a national/international consulting engineering firm headquartered in Denver, Co. for the Fort Worth/Dallas area.
Terrell has served as principal-in-charge for several projects for the City of Fort Worth's Water Department, including a vulnerability assessment, a major pipeline project from the Rolling Hills Water Treatment Plant, an update of the department's emergency operations plan, evaluation of conditions at the Village Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, and implementation of security measures at various treatment facilities. He is currently serving as the Principal-in-Charge for a contract CH2M HILL has with the City of Fort Worth to implement an Integrated Program Management (IPM) project.
Terrell was City Manager of Fort Worth from 1992 to 2001. He serves on the Vision North Texas Advisory Board and is a Fellow with the National Academy of Public Administration. He is one of the founders of the North Texas Chapter of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators and is currently serving on the National Conference for Community and Justice. He currently is a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, serves on the Board of the Texas Health Resources Advisory Board and the Fort Worth Executive Round Table for CEO’s. He has also served on the Board of Summit Bank and the United Way of Tarrant County.
